PhD application to PFIS fellowship (Biomedicine)

We seek for an excellent and highly motivated student that is willing to apply for a predoctoral fellowship (Ayudas Predoctorales de Formación en Investigación en Salud (PFIS), ISCIII) with our research group.
The group is located in the Sant Pau Hospital (Institut de Recerca de l’Hospital de Sant Pau) and it is integrated in CIBER-BBN institution (ISCIII).  Our research is focused in translational investigations in thyroid follicular tumors in order to understands,  the dedifferentiation process observed,  in some patients affected with the disease. We combine conventional and state of the art technologies (–omic tools), together with animal models and human tumor samples. Our main interest will be to translate our results into clinic.  The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and have a strong academic record (Spanish BSc degree score > 2.5).
