Job description
A grant-associated contract is available for a Ph.D. scientist at the
Functional Proteomics group in the Centro de Investigaciones Biológicas
(Madrid). Our laboratory focuses on identification, quantification and
characterization of proteins by HPLC and ESI-based mass spectrometry on
colorectal cancer-related projects. Diverse aspects of colorectal cancer
biology are covered. The contract will be for 1 year, but could be
extended.
Candidate requirements:
We are looking for highly motivated candidate, capable of working in
group, and with a high degree of initiative. The following requirements
are necessary:
1. Previous experience working with nanoHPLC and ESI-based mass spectrometry.
2. Experience in analysis of mass spectrometric data.
3. Knowledge in data mining and network analysis.
4. Preferable with some experience in bioinformatics and statistics background.
Contract conditions
Grant-associated contract (Group 1 CSIC) for 1 year, with possible extension
