Summary

Investigator: Rafael Fonseca, M.D. Professor of Medicine, College of Medicine

A post-doctoral fellowship is available in the Multiple Myeloma group. This one-year renewable position will be focus on the study of new compounds in the treatment of multiple myeloma using in vitro and in vivo models, with strong emphasize on clinical translation of the results. The candidate will join a comprehensive myeloma research program at Mayo Clinic and will be in contact with leading PIs in the field. Eligible applicants should be highly motivated and have a PhD and/or MD with significant laboratory experience and should have a strong commitment to pursuing a career as an academic hematology researcher. Candidates who have solid background in molecular biology and cell culture and are highly motivated in research are encouraged to apply. This opportunity is open to U.S. and non-U.S. residents.
