We are offering a graduate-student position supported by a pre-doctoral fellowship from the FPI program (Spanish Government). Candidates must have been admitted in a masters / PhD program.
We study the regulatory networks controlling Arabidopsis flower development using genomic technologies. Current objectives are:
- Genome-wide mapping of target sites for floral regulators, using the ChIP-Seq technology.
- Functional analyses of novel genes involved in flower development and of transcription factor-target gene interactions.
