Offer to apply for a 3 years post-doctoral contract financially supported by Spanish Research Council (CSIC) within the JAE-Doc program.
The research project will be focused on the physiological functions of the intestinal microbiota and probiotic bacteria in immune and metabolic disorders in animal models and humans. The tasks will involve: metagenomic and transcriptomic analysis of intestinal microbial communities, bioinformatic analysis, immunological, metabolic and gene expression analyses in animals and humans.
We are looking for postdoctoral fellows with experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- Metagenomic and bioinformatics analyses
- Microarray and proteomic analyses.
- Animal physiology
- Good English level
