The Laboratory of Prof. José Pérez-Martín, at the Instituto de Biología
Funcional y Genómica (IBFG) in Salamanca offers a 3-year postdoctoral
position. Starting date January 2012.
We are studying the connections between pathways involved in DNA
stability and the virulence program in Ustilago maydis, a fungus that
induces tumors in corn.
The IBFG is a CSIC-Universidad de Salamanca Research Institute focused
on the study of the regulatory mechanisms of cellular functions and its
integration in the context of the genome through advanced methodological
approaches of cell biology, molecular genetics and genomics.
