The International Union of Microbiological Societies (IUMS) has extended
the deadline for abstract submissions to March 15, 2011 for the XVth International Congress of Virology (ICV) to be held September 11-16,
2011, in Sapporo, Japan. In view of this extension, the American Society for Virology is also extending our deadline for submission of an
ASV ICV 2011 Travel Grant Application (online submission) to March 15, 2011.
A limited number of travel grants are available through the ASV for junior investigators (fellows, research associates, instructors, or assistant professors, currently active in virological research) to attend the ICV 2011 meeting. Please access the ASV web site at www.asv.org/members/travel for eligibility requirements and complete instructions.
Prior to submitting your ASV 2011 ICV travel grant application, you must submit your abstract for presentation at the ICV 2011 by the deadline of March 15, 2011 online through the ICV conference website at www.congre.co.jp/
